Renting a car with the Spagg Network is an easy experience. We have created our processes to maximize your security and convenience:

Choosing a car: You start the process by visiting our website and choosing the car that best fits your needs. You will be able to tailor your reservation based on price, type of car, rental dates and all typical options of a car rental service.

Security verifications: Spagg runs a series of security checks on both renter and owner of the car. Identities, insurance, vehicle ownership and safety are all verified. For more details, take a look at the Spagg Secure Platform.

Rental confirmation call: A Spagg representative will contact you to confirm your reservation. You will be able to choose the pick-up location for your rental. We will also walk you through the rental process in more detail and answer any questions you may have about the system. You will be asked to process a credit card pre-authorization to confirm the reservation.

Rental confirmation email: Once we confirm the rental reservation, you will be receiving a rental reservation package by email with all of the details of the rental, including timing, meeting places and contact information.

Pick-up and return of the vehicle: Directed by the instructions on the confirmation email, you will be able to pick-up and return your rental car to the owner. Spagg will be supporting you throughout the duration of the rental should you have any questions.

Payment and feedback: After you return the vehicle, Spagg will process the corresponding payment from your card. We will also send you an email to ask for feedback on the rental services.
